Double H Toy/Mini Farm Sales Terms and Conditions:
Animal Purchase Agreement:
No animal will be held for a buyer without a 25% nonrefundable deposit (Unless otherwise agreed upon or stated). Animals must be paid in full before leaving our farm. We do not accept personal checks for payments other than deposit. All animals must be picked up within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase/deposit date. If it is a baby then it is 2 weeks (14 days) after weaning date. Only exceptions are if it is mutually agreed upon between us and the buyer beforehand. Anything past those dates will either forfeit deposit or choose to pay a $3 a day boarding fee.
We do not guarantee health of any animal once they leave our farm and are outside of our control. Should the animal die or become gravely injured while on our premises, and in our care, any payments will be refunded. We will not be responsible for stress/illness/sickness of any kind after the animal leaves our farm. For that reason all sales are final once the animal leaves our farm.
By purchasing an animal from us, you agree that you have read, understand, and will adhere to the
conditions set forth in this purchase agreement.
